1. The QuickBus service

QuickBus enables customers to search for bus services and make bookings offered by bus operators. The bus operator is responsible for operating the journey, vehicle, schedule, boarding arrangements and onboard service. Information displayed about a service is based on information received from the operator or booking provider and may change.

2. Your account and information

You must provide accurate contact, passenger and booking information. You are responsible for keeping OTPs, account access and ticket links secure, and for activity performed through your account. Tell QuickBus promptly through Help if you believe your account or booking details have been used without permission.

If you book for another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their details and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Fares, offers and payment

The fare, taxes, charges, discounts and final amount are shown during checkout. Availability and prices may change until payment and booking confirmation are completed. Offers and coupon codes may have separate eligibility, expiry and usage conditions.

Payments are processed through supported payment providers. A payment debit alone does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed when QuickBus displays or sends a valid confirmation or ticket. If payment succeeds but no ticket is issued, use QuickBus Help and provide the relevant transaction details.

4. Tickets and travel

Check the passenger names, route, date, reporting time, boarding point and contact details as soon as the ticket is issued. Travellers must comply with the operator's reasonable travel, baggage, identification, safety and conduct requirements. Arrive at the boarding point with sufficient time and carry any identification required by the operator or applicable law.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation eligibility, deductions and refund amounts depend on the policy presented for the selected service and the bus operator's rules. Review those conditions before payment. Certain bookings, fees or time periods may be non-refundable.

Schedules, boarding points, vehicles or seats may be changed or a journey may be cancelled by an operator due to operational, safety or other circumstances. When QuickBus receives such an update, it may communicate it using your registered contact details. Refund timing can also depend on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, make fraudulent bookings, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service contrary to applicable law, impersonate another person, or upload harmful or unlawful content. QuickBus may restrict access or cancel affected transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, operators or the service.

7. Reviews and communications

Reviews should be based on genuine journeys and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or sensitive personal information. QuickBus may moderate content that violates these terms. Service messages may be sent by SMS, WhatsApp, email or in-app communication as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability and responsibility

QuickBus works to keep booking information and services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a claim will be assessed according to QuickBus's role, the operator's role and the circumstances of the booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The QuickBus name, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Operator names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to copy, modify or commercially reuse protected material.

10. Updates, law and contact

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Your use of QuickBus is governed by applicable laws in India, and disputes are subject to courts or forums having lawful jurisdiction.
