Bus booking help and common questions
Check your ticket and the policy for your selected bus first. For help with a specific journey, sign in and select your booking above, or email support@quickbus.net.
How do I find my ticket?
Open My Bookings after signing in, or use View Ticket. Check the route, travel date, passenger details, boarding point and reporting time on your issued ticket.
My payment was debited but I have no ticket. What should I do?
A payment debit alone does not confirm a booking. Check My Bookings for a confirmed ticket before attempting another payment. If no ticket is available, contact support with your transaction reference, payment time, amount and intended journey. Never share an OTP, PIN or full card details.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Use Cancel Ticket to review your booking's cancellation options. Eligibility, deductions and refund amounts depend on the selected service and operator policy. Review the amount before confirming a cancellation. Refund timing also depends on the payment provider and your bank; raise a support request if you need help with its status.
Can I change my travel date, seat or boarding point?
Contact support with your ticket details and the change you need. Changes depend on the operator's rules and availability. Do not assume a change is confirmed until you receive an updated confirmation.
What if the operator cancels my bus or changes the journey?
Check messages sent to your registered contact details and review your booking. Select the affected trip above to raise a request about cancellation, boarding or dropping issues. See the booking terms for information about operator changes and refunds.
