Before you submit

• Submit the request from the account you want deleted.
• Do not send your OTP, password, complete card details or other payment credentials.
• Resolve active journeys, pending refunds, payment disputes or open support matters where possible.

What deletion covers

After verifying the request, QuickBus will assess account profile details, saved passenger information and other personal information associated with the account for deletion or de-identification.

Deletion may remove access to your account, saved passengers and booking history. It does not cancel a booking or start a refund; those requests must be handled separately through the applicable booking flow or QuickBus Help.

Information that may be retained

Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required for transaction history, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, disputes or the establishment and defence of legal claims. Information in protected backups may remain until those backups are replaced under normal retention processes.

Where complete deletion is not appropriate, information may be restricted or de-identified when possible. Support will explain the outcome applicable to your request.

Requests for another person

If you are acting for another person, QuickBus may ask for proof that you are authorised to make the request. A parent or lawful guardian may submit a request for a child where applicable.

If you cannot sign in, open QuickBus Help and provide the registered mobile number or email address needed to identify the account. Additional verification may be required before account information is changed or deleted.
